TurkishDental is an independent information platform and referral service for medical tourism. We are not a healthcare provider. All medical decisions rest with the patient and treating physician.

TurkishDental is not liable for the quality, outcome, or complications of medical treatments performed by third-party clinics. The patient enters a direct treatment agreement with the clinic.

4. Information Accuracy

Information on our website is provided in good faith but may change. We recommend requesting a personal quote for current pricing. We are not responsible for price or service changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on turkishdental.net is owned by TurkishDental or used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is not permitted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
